Return and Exchange Policy – Christ of Nazareth

At Christ of Nazareth, each item is made to order, only after the order is placed. This means we do not hold inventory and cannot accept standard physical returns.

No Physical Returns Accepted

We do not accept physical returns, even within 30 days of delivery. This includes:

  • Sale items

  • Incorrect size orders
    (Each piece is made to order to avoid waste. We strongly encourage you to check our size chart before placing your order.)

  • Change of mind

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds, as each item is custom-made just for you.
However, if you receive a defective, incorrect, or damaged item, we are committed to providing a free exchange, quickly and at no extra cost.

Damages, Errors, or Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt.

Required Proofs (Photo + Video)

To ensure a fair and efficient process, you must provide:

  • An unboxing video clearly showing the opening of the package and the condition of the product

  • At least 2 clear photos of the item (overall view and close-up of the issue)

  • A photo of the packaging if it was damaged

Requests without sufficient evidence may be denied.
We reserve the right to reject any claim if the origin of the damage is unclear or if the provided evidence is deemed insufficient.

Exchanges Only

We only allow exchanges for defective, incorrect, or damaged products.
No refunds will be issued, even partial.

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Items ordered in the wrong size
    (Please check the size chart before ordering.)

  • Items without defects

  • Minor color variations due to screen display

  • Sale items or gift cards
